4 strips bacon
1 8 oz Portuguese sausage
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 lb hamburger
1 pkg chili sauce mix
3T chili powder

1 large can tomato sauce
2T brown sugar
2T vinegar
2 cans mushrooms
2 cans kidney beans
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown bacon and
sausage. Add onions, celery
and hamburger. Once
browned, drain excess fat. Add
chili seasonings and other ingredients Lower to simmer and cook 30
minutes. Do not cover pot.
