Mango Bread

flour
2t baking soda
2t cinnamon
1 1/2C sugar
1/2C shredded coconut |

1/2C
chopped nuts
2C chopped mangos
3/4C salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
2t vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a loaf pan.
Sift flour with soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Stir in sugar,
coconut and nuts.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until
done.
Makes 1 loaf. |
