4t Hawaiian salt
1/2C liquid smoke
Ti or Banana Leaves, washed
Season
pork butt with salt and liquid smoke. Place in deep roasting pan. Add
water to cover ½ of pork butt. Cover with Ti or Banana leaves. Seal
with aluminum foil and bake for 3-4 hours at 350 degrees until pork
shreds easily.
